We prefer that you order online due to the customization of our products. Our customer service reps will be pleased to assist you to get you comfortable with our online store. However, names and dates on products must be submitted online to a the possibility of errors.

Yes but only for our Matted albums and Self Mount albums. Please note that prints MUST be numbered in chronological order. Mounting prints is a process done by hand and mistakes can happen. Under these circumstances we require that you resend us any print that is damaged during assembly. We cannot accept your prints for our Flush albums and Coffee table books.

You have 3 options to choose from:
Option 1 – Upload individual images through the Client Projects and assemble a layout or design in the Product Designer.
Option 2 – Upload finished artwork into your Client Project and put it onto a blank Product Spread.
Option 3 – Within the Product Configurator you can upload finished artwork directly by bypassing the Product Designer.
Yes. We offer a 30% discount on most of our products as samples, but we would ask that you call Order desk for full particulars.
After you’ve placed your order and before your credit card is processed, there is a COMMENT BOX where you will need to tell us that this is a sample order. We will issue a credit back to your credit card based on the sample discount for that product.
